Yoga enhancing physical fitness, relaxation, peace of mind and general wellbeing

Yoga is an ancient discipline. It is an integral part of the spiritual heritage of the eastern culture. Sages throughout history have enriched it with their enlightened knowledge of the human consciousness.  The path of Hatha Yoga tunes the body with strength and flexibility, and the breath control frees the flow of emotions and calms the mind.  The systematic enquiry of Yoga brings clarity of vision and a deep connection with the universe.

Tyrone Duff has been practicing Yoga and Vipassana meditation for last 13 years.
