Tyrone Duff has been practicing Yoga and Vipassana meditation for last 13 years. Training initially in India and then completing a Sivananda teacher training in 2001. Ever since He has been teaching yoga in the United Kingdom and abroad. He teaches in a holistic way integrating the body and the mind, focusing on the breath, gravity and the sensation within. He teaches regular classes in London at health centres and for organisations as well as open classes. He also teaches on yoga retreats and holidays in ecological and peaceful surroundings
