About Tyrone DuffTyrone Duff
 Tyrone was brought up in South Africa by British parents. He left South Africa in 1991 to travel for one year and then kept going for seven years. Over these seven years he travelled to many countries including Britain, Spain, Germany, Isreal where he lived and worked on a Kibutz and India where he stayed for two years and started to practice vipassana meditation and yoga. His yoga practice continued in London at the Inergy Centre and led to a Shivananda Teacher training in Upstate New York in 2001. He has now been practicing yoga and meditation for 13 years. Tyrone has been a practitioner of Shiatsu for the last 10 years.
Tyrone has a Diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London and is registered with the UKCP.
Tyrone works very holistically and integrates therapeutic approaches of East and West in his practice. He has been permanently based in london since 1998.
